Gut Loving Overnight Oats

Serves: 1

Ingredients:

  • ¼ C (45g) rolled oats

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

  • 1 tsp linseeds

  • 1 tbs buckwheat

  • ¾ C (175mL) unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 tsp almond, brazil, cashew nut butter

  • 1 tbs Activia yoghurt

  • ¼ tsp cinnamon 

  • ⅓ C (50g) mixed frozen berries

Method

  1. In a small breakfast bowl or jar, mix together oats, chia, linseeds and buckwheat.

  2. Add milk, nut butter, yoghurt and mix together.

  3. Add cinnamon and stir through berries and let soak overnight.
