Gut Loving Overnight Oats
Serves: 1
Ingredients:
¼ C (45g) rolled oats
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp linseeds
1 tbs buckwheat
¾ C (175mL) unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp almond, brazil, cashew nut butter
1 tbs Activia yoghurt
¼ tsp cinnamon
⅓ C (50g) mixed frozen berries
Method
In a small breakfast bowl or jar, mix together oats, chia, linseeds and buckwheat.
Add milk, nut butter, yoghurt and mix together.
Add cinnamon and stir through berries and let soak overnight.
