Initial and Review Consultation

What’s Involved?

Before initial session: Completed personal/ medical history questionnaire sent via email to help personalise your consultations. Recent blood work is also recommended.

Initial session (45 minutes): We will discuss your health goals, go through your current diet and work together to develop small dietary changes to help achieve your health goals. Nutrition education will be provided if relevant/ necessary.

Review session (30 minutes): It is important to follow-up with a review (within 4 weeks) to help stay accountable, discuss your progress, go through additional/ relevant nutrition education, and make further small dietary changes. Additional review consultations are recommended to assist in progress, accountability and achieving your health goals.

After each session: You will receive an email summary of the consultation with any relevant resources if nutrition education discussed.

Pricing? $215 (initial + review consultation). $95 (additional review consultations).

Claiming your session?

  • Medicare - 1 initial and 4 review sessions can be partly claimed through a GP referral. A gap payment must still be made.

  • Private Health - sessions paid in full but can be partly claimed. An invoice will be sent after your sessions for you to claim online.

  • DVA - available through GP referral.

12-week personalised, holistic, health coaching program focusing on habit formation.

This program is for you if you are:

  • Unable to sustain healthy habits/ routines

  • Struggling with accountability and sustainability

  • Unsure where to start your health journey

  • Wanting to build your relationship with food and yourself

  • Motivated and ready for change

What’s involved?

Before initial session: Completed personal/medical history questionnaire sent via WhatsApp to help gain a better understanding on where you are at and to personalise your sessions. Starters pack sent.

Week 1 (45min): Gathering additional information, long-term goal setting, finding your motivation and setting you up.

Week 2-12: Creating personalised action steps to help form your new healthy habits and breaking old unwanted habits. Overcoming barriers and challenges preventing you from achieving your goals. Education on topics such as nutrition (label reading, overcoming emotional/ boredom eating, healthy snacks, etc.), improving sleep, stress management and building movement routines. Unlimited support and accountability!!

What’s included?

7 sessions across the 12 weeks - virtual check-in’s over WhatsApp on weeks 1/2/4/6/8/10/12 (initial ~45 mins + check-ins ~20-25 mins each).

5 check-in message questionnaires - on weeks 3/5/7/9/11, sent via WhatsApp.

Starters pack, educational resources, weekday support and accountability, personalised action plans.

Pricing? $85/ week for 12-weeks. May be partly claimed through private health fund based on topics discussed.
