Blueberry & Choc Weetbix Blondies
Ingredients:
3x weetbix (you can use gluten free for a gluten free option)
1 C almond meal
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 C nut butter (I used ABC butter)
1/4 C maple syrup
1/2 C almond milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 C frozen blueberries
1/2 C choc chips
Methods:
Preheat oven to 180°C and prepare a slice tin.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl except blueberries and choc chips.
Once combined mix in blueberries and choc chips.
Place mixture in a slice tin and bake in preheat oven for 35 minutes.
