Blueberry & Choc Weetbix Blondies

Ingredients:

  • 3x weetbix (you can use gluten free for a gluten free option)

  • 1 C almond meal

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/4 C nut butter (I used ABC butter)

  • 1/4 C maple syrup

  • 1/2 C almond milk

  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

  • 1/2 C frozen blueberries

  • 1/2 C choc chips

Methods:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C and prepare a slice tin.

  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl except blueberries and choc chips.

  3. Once combined mix in blueberries and choc chips.

  4. Place mixture in a slice tin and bake in preheat oven for 35 minutes.
