Bagels

Serves: 4

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup self raising flour

  • 3/4 cup natural or Greek yoghurt

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 Tbs milk

Topping Ideas:

  • Bagel seasoning

  • Sesame seeds

  • Cinnamon

Method:

  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, yoghurt and salt with a spoon until forms a dough.

  2. Remove dough from the bowl and kneed on a flat floured surface into a dough for roughly 1 minute.

  3. Cut dough ball into quarters and roll into a thick sausage joining the ends.

  4. Brush milk over the tops of the bagels and add topping of your choice.

  5. Place in air fryer for ~10-15 minutes or until golden brown.

  6. Add your favourite sweet or savoury filling and enjoy!!

Tips:

  • Add more flour if dough is wet.

  • Flour can be swapped with gluten free flour.

  • Bake in the oven if you do not have a air fryer.
