Bagels
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
1 cup self raising flour
3/4 cup natural or Greek yoghurt
1 tsp salt
1 Tbs milk
Topping Ideas:
Bagel seasoning
Sesame seeds
Cinnamon
Method:
In a large bowl, combine flour, yoghurt and salt with a spoon until forms a dough.
Remove dough from the bowl and kneed on a flat floured surface into a dough for roughly 1 minute.
Cut dough ball into quarters and roll into a thick sausage joining the ends.
Brush milk over the tops of the bagels and add topping of your choice.
Place in air fryer for ~10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Add your favourite sweet or savoury filling and enjoy!!
Tips:
Add more flour if dough is wet.
Flour can be swapped with gluten free flour.
Bake in the oven if you do not have a air fryer.
