Baked Oats
Ingredients:
1/2 C oats
1 tsp ground linseeds
1 tsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 banana, mashed
1/2 C almond milk
Filling:
1/4 C blueberries
1 tsp nut butter
Methods:
Add ingredients into a blender and blend for 5 seconds.
Pour into an oven proof ramekin and add blueberries and the nut butter in the middle of the ramekin.
Bake in air-fryer at 200℃ for ~12 mins.
Optional: serve with yoghurt on top.
Tips: try adding different flavours into the mixture. E.g. cocoa and choc chips for a chocolatey flavour or add nutella or biscoff as a filling.
