Baked Oats

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 C oats

  • 1 tsp ground linseeds

  • 1 tsp maple syrup

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 banana, mashed

  • 1/2 C almond milk

Filling:

  • 1/4 C blueberries

  • 1 tsp nut butter

Methods:

  1. Add ingredients into a blender and blend for 5 seconds.

  2. Pour into an oven proof ramekin and add blueberries and the nut butter in the middle of the ramekin.

  3. Bake in air-fryer at 200℃ for ~12 mins.

  4. Optional: serve with yoghurt on top.

Tips: try adding different flavours into the mixture. E.g. cocoa and choc chips for a chocolatey flavour or add nutella or biscoff as a filling.
