Toasted Muesli
Ingredients:
Dry ingredients:
2 C rolled oats
1/2 C (70g) cashews, roughly chopped
1/2 C (70g) almonds, roughly chopped
1/4 C (35g) linseeds
1/2 C dates, roughly chopped
1 Tbs cinnamon
Wet ingredients:
2 Tbs nut butter
1 Tbs tahini
1 Tbs honey
1 tsp vanilla essence
3 Tbs water
Method:
Preheat the oven to 180℃ and line a baking tray.
In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients together.
In a small jar, add wet ingredients and shake well to combine.
Pour wet mixture into dry mixture and stir to combine.
Evenly spread on prepared baking tray and bake in the over for 30 mins, stirring after 15 mins.
