Overnight Protein Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 C rolled oat

  • 1 Tbs chia seeds

  • 1 tsp nut butter

  • 1 Tbs cottage cheese

  • 1/2 scoop protein powder

  • 3/4 C water

Toppings:

  • Fruit of your choice (blueberries, banana, passionfruit, etc.)

  • Crunch of your choice (crushed nuts, seeds, muesli, etc.)

  • Cinnamon

Methods:

  1. Add all ingredients in a blender and blend for 5 seconds.

  2. Pour into a bowl and let sit overnight.

  3. Add toppings of choice in the morning.
