Overnight Protein Pudding
Ingredients:
1/4 C rolled oat
1 Tbs chia seeds
1 tsp nut butter
1 Tbs cottage cheese
1/2 scoop protein powder
3/4 C water
Toppings:
Fruit of your choice (blueberries, banana, passionfruit, etc.)
Crunch of your choice (crushed nuts, seeds, muesli, etc.)
Cinnamon
Methods:
Add all ingredients in a blender and blend for 5 seconds.
Pour into a bowl and let sit overnight.
Add toppings of choice in the morning.
