Overnight Weetbix

Ingredients:

  • 2x Weetbix

  • 2 tsp chia seeds

  • 1/4 C water

  • 1/4 C milk of choice

  • 1 tsp maple syrup

  • 1x banana, sliced

Topping:

  • 2 squares of choc, melted

  • 2 Tbs natural yoghurt

  • Blueberries

Methods:

  1. Crush weetbix in a bowl and mix in chia seeds, water, milk and sweetener.

  2. Add banana on weetbix layer.

  3. Quickly stir choc in natural yoghurt and add on top of banana.

  4. Add blueberries (or any other fruit) and leave overnight.

  5. Enjoy for breakfast in the morning.
