Ginger Banana Bread
Ingredients:
Wet Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 egg
1/3 C brown sugar
1/4 C almond milk
Dry Ingredients:
1 1/2 C plain flour
1 C almond meal
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp bicarb soda
Pinch salt
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cloves
Methods:
Preheat oven to 180°C and prepare a loaf tin.
Combine all wet ingredients into a bowl.
Add dry ingredients into wet ingredients and fold through to combine.
Pour into loaf tin and bake for ~40 mins.
Allow to cool before cutting.
Notes:
Use gluten free flour for a gluten free option.
Use 1 flax egg for a vegan option - 1 Tbs of ground flaxseeds mixed in 3 Tbs water
